Called and requested quotes for a part and service. Had the part ordered and scheduled service. Once arrived, informed we had to have a diagnostic done first (had one elsewhere). There was an extra charge for that, and it was determined another part was needed as well, that was on back order. Waited 2.5 weeks for the part and to get our car back. We were billed more than what we were quoted for the initial services. We paid more than double than planned. On top of it all, despite setting everything up in my name, they kept texting the previous owner of the car. Even the request to leave a review here was addressed to him. I was told numerous times they would update the account, but it didn't happen. More

Neither the appointment setter nor the adviser told me how much the service I needed would cost. They charge literally twice what another local Buick dealer quoted for the same service. Plus my car wasn’t how much the service I needed would cost. They charge literally twice what another local Buick dealer quoted for the same service. Plus my car wasn’t pulled in until an hour and a half after my appointment. All totaled, what should have been an hour max took THREE hours. Stay away! More
