I was in the dealership this morning for a B1 service. I saw Darrel passing by and I asked him if it was too early to trade my TL Lease. As soon as I pull up to the service department, I am greeted with friendly and warm salutations. I am told what services that could or should be performed, but I never felt a 'pressure' to do anything I did not want, which is VERY important to me. I have been to this dealership at least five times and the work is always performed right the first time. They have a great waiting area with internet, TV, and starbucks. I actually don't mind waiting an hour or so for service. I will continue to bring my car to this dealership every time. More
