They didn’t let me know until I finished the deal and paid the big down payment. One week later removed the screen sticker to find that the screen is cracked!!!!! Stay away from this dealer and from the brand. The service department are good guys and trying to help. I don’t recommend this dealer to buy new car. Sale department are the worse, when I contacted them, they said it’s not our job any more and go to service!!!! They didn't even try to help since they already took the many and they don’t care More

I had an appointment for 8:30. I arrived early. It took 2 hours to do an oil change an access my car. You could see the extra time if they were working on it for other issues. Als I arrived early. Also I inquired about the recall on my last visit and the supervisor lady said they were only doing the ones that showed issues and would call when they were ready to do mine. When I came in for the oil change they said they were ready to do the recall but would take 2 and a half hours. I told them I didn’t have that much time to wait on it today. For 30 minutes more I should have let them fix the recall. Wish I’d known I was going to be there for 2 hours. More
