I have been a long-standing customer of Sterling McCall Acura having bought an RDX several years ago and getting service on that and an MDX there for close to a decade. I am writing to share my disappoint Acura having bought an RDX several years ago and getting service on that and an MDX there for close to a decade. I am writing to share my disappointment with the experience with the service I received today on my MDX. I was told at arrival that the oil change and tire rotation would cost 89.99 and that I could opt for accelecare which would be 149 for three services. I asked whether I could make the decision during payment as I needed to check with my wife who has coupons. I was told I needed to make a decision before the work could be initiated and that the cost per service is 89.99 which would make the 149 for three appealing which I decided to do. When I got home I found that my wife had a coupon for the same oil change and tire rotation for 29.99 so I spoke with the agent but he said that the coupon could not be used now. Alternatively he said I could use the coupon but still need to pay the 149 for later use. He also said that the coupon price is incorrect and should actually be 65. I am thoroughly disappointed in the false advertisement and deceptive information based business practices of Sterling McCall. More
