My endless scrolling of auto sales websites was stopped by a listing from Sterling Mcall Acura. I finally found the exact car I was looking for and it was priced very decently, even compared to private sel by a listing from Sterling Mcall Acura. I finally found the exact car I was looking for and it was priced very decently, even compared to private sellers. I gave them a call and asked about having it shipped to my location and what the final price would be. I got the price a day later and submitted my down payment. What I did find a bit odd is that I didn’t hear back for a couple days, then was told the car was no longer available as it didn’t pass the dealer’s own inspection. I personally think they received another offer, but the buyer must have fell through because I received a call the following day or two later saying they had “mistaken the car for another one” and the car was in fact available for purchase. I got a personal video tour of the car and after about a week of filling out/sending paperwork, my check was sent over and my car was safely shipped halfway across the country to me a day and a half later. Sterling McCall Acura helped me buy my dream car without ever stepping foot into the dealership, and despite feeling like it could’ve gone by quicker had there not been any confusion on their end, everything got done with no other issues. Considering I paid asking price plus shipping I do feel like there was room for them to go above and beyond with the client experience, which would’ve earned them the 5th star, but that doesn’t discredit what they did accomplish for me.
