Buyer Beware A few months ago I purchased my second Acura Precision Certified vehicle from Sterling McCall Acura SW Freeway location. When cleaning the seats with cleaner to ready them for leather de Acura Precision Certified vehicle from Sterling McCall Acura SW Freeway location. When cleaning the seats with cleaner to ready them for leather deep conditioner, the color came off in several places. On these seats that appeared to be in pristine condition at the time that the vehicle was purchased. The Sterling McCall General Manager was apprised about the problem on 3/31/23, he checked the seats, and agreed to have the seats restored. However, that promise was not fulfilled. Then again two weeks ago, I spoke with the current Sterling McCall General Manager, Valarian Kuznetsov he agreed to rectify the problem, and on request he was provided with the estimate amount to restore the seats (second contact initial contact was on site). To date, they have failed to honor the promise to restore my vehicle. Due to that fact, this is the last time that I will purchase a vehicle from Sterling McCall. Even though we have had a relationship for many years. Their, failing to honor /fulfill their word (to provide the customer with a quality vehicle, not one that has been altered), is in fact an unethical business practice. Respectfully, Carla F.
