This was my first time needing service. David communicated with me every step of the way. They wanted to make sure that my life didn’t stop just because my car was getting serviced. I was offered an Uber to work which I’ve never experienced with any other dealer. Very nice and friendly! I felt my car was in good hands with David. My car and I were well taken care of at this dealership; this was not a dreadful experience like going anywhere else. This service was fast! On November 21, 2024, I visited the Sterling McCall Acura dealer to purchase a used 2017 Acura RDX valued at $15,000 with over 105,000 miles. Upon inspection, the vehicle exhibited numerous minor scratche dealer to purchase a used 2017 Acura RDX valued at $15,000 with over 105,000 miles. Upon inspection, the vehicle exhibited numerous minor scratches, a dented door, and a broken passenger corner. Despite my request for repairs, the salesperson declined to address these issues. While I initially invested in the dealership’s trust and safety, I have since been left unsatisfied when a problem arose and was not promptly resolved. Presently, my vehicle remains in your possession. I am seeking a resolution to this matter. The individual who sold the vehicle to me is Vinh Tran. The salesperson failed to disclose the vehicle’s condition upon purchase. I noticed the scratches and dents that evening, but they were not immediately apparent. The salesperson’s deception continued when I requested interior polishing and cleaning after purchase, only to find that these services had not been performed the following day. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of integrity displayed by the salesperson. Despite my new customer status, I was surprised by the salesperson’s lack of expertise. I am seeking a comprehensive solution to this problem. More
