Yesterday, I had a phone call with you regarding the damage to my car. You agreed to repair the dents, scratches, and broken passenger corner bumper. I requested that you personally supervise the repairs. However, today, I was informed by a salesperson that you had not fulfilled your promise. As the general manager, you are expected to uphold your commitments to customers. If you are unwilling to repair the damage, I will return the car. Alternatively, you must provide me with a replacement car at the same price as the original purchase. If you are willing to fully repair the damage, I will retain possession of the vehicle. The salesperson informed me that the car is sold as-is, without a machine warranty. However, since I purchased the car with you, you are obligated to repair any dents or scratches. I discovered the car’s condition upon purchasing it in the evening, but the salesperson failed to disclose it to me. He had the opportunity to inform me of the car’s condition but chose to omit specific details, deliberately concealing its condition. As the general manager, I believe you have the authority to resolve this matter effectively. My demands are as follows: 1. Completely repair all scratches, dents, and corners that obstruct the passenger’s view. 2. Provide me with a replacement car at the same price as the original purchase. 3. Return the car to your dealership. I purchased the car on November 21st, and I have not yet taken possession of it. I have not yet driven the car out of the dealership.
