Paul provided exceptional care, getting me in and out quickly while checking for factory recalls and keeping me informed throughout the proces today! Nesha, another service team member, was just as attentive and cheerful during my wait. I was especially impressed by receiving a video of the multi-point inspection as it was happening—a first for me and a fantastic feature. This level of service and technology was superior to what I experienced with my previous Lexus. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Great Customer Service! I was able to do the majority of the paperwork and approval via telephone and email.
