Something has changed in the past 6-12 months and it’s not good. 2 visits ago I noticed my usual go to people were gone. This most recent visit felt very unpersonalized compared to previous visits. I was very thankful I was able to be seen same day for tire repair/replacement and appreciated that. With regard to my actual interaction with people, the service tech Brandy was condescending in her mann tire repair/replacement and appreciated that. With regard to my actual interaction with people, the service tech Brandy was condescending in her manner when she spoke with me. Moreover, right before I left, I inquired if the spare tire was put back in place. She was patronizing in her response when she said it was, as if it was a dumb question to ask. Then, after I left the dealership I received a phone call from her asking I received her text. I said no, that I was driving and hadn’t realized there was a text. She said they forgot to put my spare tire back on.l and said I needed to come back. Because it the dealership location, it took another 20 minutes to get back there. I still have no idea why she wouldn’t have called first instead of texting. Overall she came across as rude, and if I ever go there again, I would specifically ask to not have her as the service person. More
