I got a service appointment scheduled quickly. The car went in to be serviced as soon as we arrived. When they determined it would take 3 hours to address the issues, I was given a loaner. Worst experience with buying a new Acura MDX Type S, the selling agent and the manager sold me the vehicle missing the second key, and back head rest, let me test drive one car and sold me the other one bec selling agent and the manager sold me the vehicle missing the second key, and back head rest, let me test drive one car and sold me the other one because I wanted red anterior. They didn’t let me know until I finished the deal and paid the big down payment. One week later removed the screen sticker to find that the screen is cracked!!!!! Stay away from this dealer and from the brand. The service department are good guys and trying to help. I don’t recommend this dealer to buy new car. Sale department are the worse, when I contacted them, they said it’s not our job any more and go to service!!!! They didn't even try to help since they already took the many and they don’t care More
