I found the Service Department, particularly Justin, my service advisor, to be very professional, communicative, and responsive to my concerns about my car. The assessment of my car was appropriate and the service advisor, to be very professional, communicative, and responsive to my concerns about my car. I noticed my a/c was not blowing cold. I called Sterling McCall Acura and they were able to take me in for service the same day within a couple of hours calling. Jonathan was my service ad I called Sterling McCall Acura and they were able to take me in for service the same day within a couple of hours calling. Jonathan was my service advisor and he was professional, friendly, explained to me what could be the issue, and he also was able to fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation I needed coming up. He offered a loaner, but I had a ride. My a/c was repaired and scheduled maintenance done the same day! Jonathan gave me regular updates and my car was ready when he said it would be. A+ service. More

I didn’t know that the original dealership was under construction and my mom got lost in her own car(she was my ride back) because we were going in the back to the new location and she got completely lo construction and my mom got lost in her own car(she was my ride back) because we were going in the back to the new location and she got completely lost, but Angel Who was just driving by and had no reason to sto, saw that I was I was looking a little distressed he went out of his way to Stop and ask what’s wrong and offered togo look for her in his car. He Totally did not even have to do that. And my service rep Mr. Antonio was just as accommodating and nice and explained everything that my car needed. Love this dealership every time it’s been amazing customer service. More
