This isn’t dealer specific but when they sell you a “luxury” car one of the perks is a loaner car. I have NEVER had a service that qualified for a loaner car. This service was $2300 and they had to wait a day for a part, so what qualifies you? Anywho, I have more maintenance to do so I will be back soon. More

I brought my car for regular maintenance, with relatively low tire pressure (~30 psi), hoping that they would inflate them during tire rotation. Nope. They didn’t inflate tires, but more importantly, they low tire pressure (~30 psi), hoping that they would inflate them during tire rotation. Nope. They didn’t inflate tires, but more importantly, they reported wrong tire pressures on the inspection report (35 psi for all tires). If that was 31 psi, I’d think it’d be a measurement error, but 30 psi can’t be 35 psi. No trust on them. More
