When I got to Sterling Kia I said, "They care about the comfort of their guests and customers!" They also always have coffee ready for guests to drink. The salesman that we worked with-Cody Sonnier, felt like a friend. We never felt pressured. He answered every question we had and made sure the process was simple and easy. We worked with another great guy on all of the technologies involved in our new Kia and he explained everything completely and in a way we could both understand. He took his time and made sure we were ready to get everything out of our new Kia that it offered. We know what every button does! When we worked with the finance department, we once again felt like we were with friends. It is a scary process to take on new debt, but he made us feel at ease and explained all of the steps and processes with courtesy and understanding. The experience with Sterling Kia was great! More
