My Experience As A Happy Customer. I have been dealing with Hyundai Dealerships for At least 16 years now. We Bought A 2001 Hyundai Elantra Es. 16 Yeats Ago. When Courtesy Hy I have been dealing with Hyundai Dealerships for At least 16 years now. We Bought A 2001 Hyundai Elantra Es. 16 Yeats Ago. When Courtesy Hyundai was on 1111 University Av. Then Sterling Bought Out The Dealership, The Service Department Had A Man Named Paul Working As The Service manager for a while then a man named Tico was the one I Did Business With until I Leasted My 2014 Accent. I. Did Buy A 2003 Accent That I Drove For 10 Years Until First my motor Blue The main seal on my way home The oil had been changed around the noon hour on the Wendsday And my motor blu the main seal on my way home the next morning the Guys towing had to bring my car and I To Sterlngs Hyundai In Lafayette LA. I was told by Tico !Y MAIN SEAL WAS BLOWN DUE TO HIGH pressure TOCO had told me That Two people had worked on my oil change the day before. But he made me pay for the second hand Engine They Ordered And Installed in my 2003 Accent. A few Months Later My Transmition was making a knocking noise and Tico Called Me on The Tuesday After I Had Dropped it off. To tell Me it was The Transition Going Out And It Would Cost Me 3,800 Dollars To Replace The Frontweel Drive Transmission. My Wife And I Told The Dealership That Was To Much Money To Spend On A Car That Was Already Ten Years Old. So We Leased The 2014 Accent on May 20 2014. After That Lease Was Up We Leased Her A New 2017 Elantra. Thank you. More

Car purchase Sales process with Anastasia, Lauren, and Sammy was great. Couldn't? have asked for a better experience. However, after the sales person (Anastasia) Sales process with Anastasia, Lauren, and Sammy was great. Couldn't? have asked for a better experience. However, after the sales person (Anastasia) and I agreed on payment terms, I then was asked to meet with Cody to sign our paperwork. He started off explaining the standard 5 year / 60k mile warranty and that it was not adequate enough coverage for our needs so he was going to extend the coverage for us and he then explained the 10 year / 100k mile wrap. My wife and I were clearly under the impression that the additional coverage would not come at an additional cost based on the way it was presented to us. Of course, who wouldn't say no to that. However, when the paperwork began and we were asked to "sign here", we noticed a different payment amount on the contract for considerably a good bit more than our original agreement with Anastasia. When I questioned the difference, that's when we were informed that payment included the cost of the extended warranty. To me, that's borderline to being unprofessional and maybe just plain unethical, but at the very least, it's very questionable. Sure, I finally agreed to accept the new terms with the extended warranty, but I truly wish it would have been a different presentation. Just left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm in the business of selling extended warranties and other ancillary? products, so after almost 20 years of doing this, I just know there's a better experience to offer to the customer than what I was offered. Did I walk in expecting to get an extended warranty for free? No at all. But it's definitely the way it was presented to me. Had I not been out of town, 2 hours away from home, and had I not had such a pleasant experience with the others prior to that point, I would have definitely walked away and left before finalizing the deal. Was Cody nice and friendly? Sure he was. And I wish him the best, I truly do. But he was also a little unprofessional, in my opinion. This is not to get anyone in trouble. It's only to offer some advice on how to improve the overall experience for the customer. Sincerely, Gerald More
