Poor service Went for a normal oil change, they did not check tire pressure or fill fluids. My brake fluid was low and I had told the employee that and he said he Went for a normal oil change, they did not check tire pressure or fill fluids. My brake fluid was low and I had told the employee that and he said he will have them take care of it. I also asked when it was finished if they filled it and he said yes the guys said it was low so I had them top it off. I could tell he wasn’t telling the truth. Minute I pulled off the lot my fluid light turned on, then my tire pressure light went off about 10 min later. Didn’t have time to go back since I already sat there for a hour and a half for a “Express” quick lane oil change. More

This was 3rd time and had the same problem each time I had my oil changed. Was given a free oil change to encourage me to return only to have the same result!!! Very disappointed. Oil leaks on cement after service was performed and even took pictures of the last oil change. Frame is wet. I am very particular and expect to get a service without any reason to have to return to have that service corrected and cleaned up! Will not be returning! I also contacted headquarters on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 about my frustrated service. I am not a mechanic but feel I could do much better than the ones your service department performed. More

Rocky start with good finish. So this was my third time at the dealership trying to resolve an issue I was having with my key faubs. Suffice to say that due to my persistence and insistence Victoria personally took over my case and handled through to conclusion in a more than satisfactory manner. I will say I don't believe my issue should have required three visit nor a manager intervention but is was resolved satisfactorily. Also your online system allowed me to make an appointment which someone subsequently tried to cancel saying it wasn't working. Yikes. More

Mediocur service department at best. It took almost a month to replace a defective radio system in my Chrysler 300 and when I finally got it back the Siriusxm and the Sirius Guard needed It took almost a month to replace a defective radio system in my Chrysler 300 and when I finally got it back the Siriusxm and the Sirius Guard needed activation which the service tech should have done. I activated the Siriusxm with no problem but it took 3 days of calling Sirius Guard and threating to cancel my subscription before they gave me instructions on how to reset/reboot the radio. Everything is now working but I wonder if the old radio would have worked if the tech had rebooted the radio. I like the Chrysler 300 and the sales staff when I purchased the car was excellent. However your service department mediocre at best and needs a lesson in custome care. More
