Inconvenient Brought Ram in for oil change, recall fixes, and tire rotation; with tires properly inflated to 40 psi. The next day I received a vehicle alert that tires were underinflated at 30-31 psi. If your technician doesn't even know the proper tire inflation rate, how can I have the confidence that any of the (unseen) work was done correctly? Estimated time (verbal) to service was 30 to 45 minutes. Actual time was over 90 minutes, with no problems mentioned. Also, the lug nut lock removal tool (yours or mine?) was left in the center console, not wherever it is supposed to be stored. Shoddy work! "Not a big deal" you say? I am over a 25 mile round trip away; I am 75 years old; it was 17 degrees out this morning when I added the air myself. I may look elsewhere next time I need service, or for the next vehicle purchase. More

Work was incomplete I came into the body shop to have things repaired as a result of the collision. The windshield was never replaced nor was the remote start diagnosed. I came into the body shop to have things repaired as a result of the collision. The windshield was never replaced nor was the remote start diagnosed. They wanted $110 extra diagnostic fee on top on the $250 deductible in order to look at the hood ajar switch which is located right in the area that the collision occurred. The repair work that was done by the body on the hood and panels was done very well! More

What happened to a quick rinse on the wash rack and wiping off my dash and steering wheel? Isn’t that what you have porters for? Sad, just sad.😑 More

We came 8/13 and met Joe Scovoronski in the Body Shop, went over 3 things we wanted looked at while they had the car. Advised windows were stuck down & car needed shelter in the event of rain. Joe advised they would call us when it was ready to go to the Service Dept. Explained my son was out of town & that we had about 8 days until car was desperately needed back. I called in after 5:00 8/15 left message, I received a call from Joe first thing 8/16, he moved mountains to get the car looked at, much sooner than originally advised, 4 calls later on the SAME day, with the break down & cost, and a few more questions answered, Joe advised car was ready for pick up today after 5:00. We have been coming to Sterling Dodge for YEARS and NEVER received this kind of service!!!!!! Joe I can't THANK YOU ENOUGH for your prompt, kind, efficient & quick service!! If there is an Employee of the Month at Sterling Dodge- THIS is your guy!! I will recommend him every time!! Follow up inspection Dealership earlier had completed front suspension part replacements for me within last 12 months. Steering was behaving weird. I asked them to check all suspension components to see if they were causing the problem. Inspection was done. No parts were found to be defective. They chose not to charge me for their check. I am grateful that they stood behind their work. It was a very good gesture to me as a long time customer of their service department. More
