However, he had someone look at the vehicle right away and determined that it was a warranty problem. He then arranged for me to drive a loaner while my car was in the shop. routine vehicle service Went in for routine vehicle maint., oil change,tire check, fluid levels, etc. low wait time, service was quick, in and out, less time then estimated, Went in for routine vehicle maint., oil change,tire check, fluid levels, etc. low wait time, service was quick, in and out, less time then estimated, people from dealer all cordial and friendly, helpful, would have been nice to have truck washed, when they finished, and they allow a independent company to check for windshield chips, which they always find, agreed to have fixed, and when vehicle was returned they were not done, he then came out after I found him, to repair, more delays and job was done poorly, need to stop that service, or get a service that is more responsible. Otherwise the dealership, was top notch. More
Erroneously charged for oil change. My son took my car in for a free oil change (part of my lease agreement), they charged him $60. I called the next day and asked them why, they just told me to come back for a refund. I told them my son would be there at 4:30pm and they said OK. He gets there and they act like they have no idea what he was talking about, 30-minutes later they told him he had to come back on Monday because nobody was there that could write him a check. He told them he paid cash and just wanted his cash back, they said no, we can only write you a check. So he went back again on Monday and they said they forgot about him coming in and that the lady who writes the checks left for the day and that he would have to come back again on Tuesday. This is totally crazy, they take his cash when they shouldn't have and then make him come back three (3) different times to get a check. More

Horrible Experience at Sterling Chrysler We purchased 2 used cars at Sterling. Our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country had issues once we drove it off the lot when the air conditioning wasn't work We purchased 2 used cars at Sterling. Our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country had issues once we drove it off the lot when the air conditioning wasn't working, so it had to be serviced right after we purchased it. We also bought a 2010 Ford Escape that also needed a front end alignment and new tires that Sterling refused to take care of, so we were stuck putting an additional $500.00 into our 2010 Escape that we just purchased. Less than six months after purchasing our 2008 Van, we experienced multiple issues. Radiator leaks, heater core pressure hose leaks, bad oil pan, etc. Sterling quoted us a $1400-1500 repair, even with the extended warranty we purchased, so we questioned this. Our salesman Tony Ballismo informed us that we should purchase a warranty when we bought the Van and assumed it covered everything for the first year, so we were misled on this warranty purchase by our salesman and the finance department at Sterling. Sterling did offer a discount on the repairs, but still wanted to charge us over $1000 for this repair. Sterling should have taken care of these charges based on us purchasing 2 cars, one with a warranty along with all of the headaches and issues we had right after we purchased this Van and the Escape. We actually pulled our Van from Service and still had to pay over $200 to get our Van back. This is wrong and horrible customer service. We actually found an independent repair shop that will repair our Van for under $500.00. This is why Dealerships have bad reputations. No integrity and No Customer Service. We'll NEVER do business with Sterling Chrysler ever again. More
