Communication is terrible Took car in for gear shift issue in December 2018 - dealer could not recreate issue. Took car back in January for gear shift issue and rear glass sli Took car in for gear shift issue in December 2018 - dealer could not recreate issue. Took car back in January for gear shift issue and rear glass sliding window not working. Dealer could again not recreate gear issue. Took the dealer 2 weeks to fix the sliding window due to defective parts - rear window regulator - faulty cables not long enough. I asked to be notified daily of the progress and was not. Lisa told me she would try, but she has alot of other customers she had to take care of. Was told that service can only email Chrysler, they can't call and see why the parts were defective. Lisa told me I could call Chrysler to see if I could expedite the matter. That didn't work. Why should I have to call Chrysler? I also tried to speak with the service managers, but they were never available. When Lisa didn't return my calls, I called and spoke with the GM-Kevin McLemin, he said he would get to the bottom of it and call me back. No call. I called and asked for Kevin, was put on hold and transferred into Lisa's voicemail. I did not ask for Lisa. I also asked that the sticker residue (from the new car vehicle information) be removed from the back windows, was told they were personally removed by Lisa. I still have the sticker residue on my windows, nothing was removed. Fast forward to January 30, vehicle still experiencing gear shift issue. The vehicle starts, but will not shift into drive, reverse, or neutral. Information on dash says to put vehicle in park to shift gear. The vehicle was/is in park. Upon multiple times trying to shift into gear and restarting vehicle multiple times, it finally went into gear. I am not sure why the dealership cannot recreate or fix the gear shift issue when they told me they had a code when they run diagnostics on my vehicle. Very dissatisfied. More
What else was missed? I stopped in on a very snowy day to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and recall issue taken care of. My service was done in the time they predicted. Within two miles of leaving the dealership my low washer light came on. It makes me wonder what else wasn’t checked or missed? Most oil change places top off all fluid levels as a courtesy. I would have gladly paid if I was made aware of it. Instead, I had to stop and picked up a couple of gallons and filled it myself. More

Very attentive thorough service I came in on a Saturday for 3 concerns: intermittent heated seats malfunction, a recall, and a fluke incident when car would not accelerate. Good first service visit. Just visited the dealership for my first oil change since leasing my new Jeep. Pulling into the service garage I honestly was a bit nervous as it seem Just visited the dealership for my first oil change since leasing my new Jeep. Pulling into the service garage I honestly was a bit nervous as it seemed a bit dated and how they had it set up but i was promptly greeted by a service advisor who took care of me and wrote up my service request. He asked if I had been there before to which I responded no and he escorted me and showed me to where the waiting room was. Surprisingly the waiting room was far more than I was expecting. It was very big spacious and was updated. Lots of seating lots of computers for guests to use while waiting and several TVs. Unfortunately the TVs were turned off during my visit probably because it was first thing and they just opened. It took about an hour and 10 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation. I was paged indicating my car was ready, i paid my dues and car was waiting right outside the door. Overall good experience! More
