No verbal communication I had answered a text message that I received this morning from Lisa in your service department. The service I received for 2 recurring problems wit I had answered a text message that I received this morning from Lisa in your service department. The service I received for 2 recurring problems with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, was horrible. I received no phone call whatsoever while my vehicle was in service. I don't know when it became acceptable to not have any verbal discussion with customers about the issues with their car. I don't know what was fixed, I don't know what caused the problem and the work order is not understandable. It would have been appreciated if Lisa could have called me to explain what the issue was with my car, and what caused it if applicable, since I spend a great portion of my income on the payments for it.
