Unsafe and untruthful Had a appointment on Monday. Dropped car off on Monday (snow that day). When they pulled the loaner/rental car up had snow all over the back side & Had a appointment on Monday. Front windshield & tailgate glass was cleared by just turning on wipers. Front & passenger windows cleaned off by hand. UNSAFE!!! Dealer should NEVER let anyone drive off (with a vehicle they provided) their lot with snow covered windows. Called Tuesday afternoon to get update. Was told they still have not looked at my vehicle & won’t look at it today (Tuesday). When I asked why did I have an appointment for Monday & my vehicle isn’t going to be looked at till two days after. I was told that I had an appointment to talk to a service advisor. After the service advisor talks to me they put the vehicle on a list (first come first serve) to get fixed. When I told the service advisor I never heard of that, he told me that’s the way WE do it here. When I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday there was a uncovered styrofoam coffee cup (with coffee in it) in my cup holder. I DON’T DRINK COFFEE! More
Oil Cooler leaking oil due to crack from extreme cold. Megan Clanin got my vehicle in on the day I called with the oil leak problem. She actually diagnosed the problem as she wrote me up for service. She really was a big help in getting this defect resolved and had it all taken care of as part of my drive train warranty. I had a loaner for the 5 days that the car was in service and that also was free. Another one of the service reps, Dylan, was also a big help when I was following up on the repair. I have dealt with Dylan in the past in the body shop. Great service people at a great dealership. More
