Just rude and not helpful Terrible experience from the phone call to picking up car. Don't care about their customers and could not answer my questions. You don't tell a mother she was too slow getting her car seats out and therefore needs to go outside with her 2 kids(under 5) in a busy freezing parking lot to put them in. Sort of “fixed” our brand new JL Wrangler First off, sales person and service advisor were both excellent. 2018 JL Wrangler with very loud wind noise by lower windshield on passenger side. First off, sales person and service advisor were both excellent. 2018 JL Wrangler with very loud wind noise by lower windshield on passenger side. Dealership put over 100 miles on the vehicle. You could hear the noise at 45 mph so why the need to drive over 100 miles? Service “fixed” wind noise by packing foam tape and a piece of sound deadened material over an area to mask the issue. The sound deadening material is a cloth insulation and on the exterior of the vehicle under a small panel by the windshield hinge. Won’t that hold water and salt? Not what I’d consider a proper/permanent fix on a nearly $50k vehicle. Also porter delivered vehicle very dirty inside and gave the service advisor an attitude when asked to clean it for us. It was spotless inside when we dropped it off. I doubt I’ll ever return for service here again. I had a very bad service experience here many years ago and swore I wouldn’t return. That was over 25 years ago. Was reluctant to buy a Jeep here because of that but figured things have probably improved since then. More
Horrible service department I bought a new vehicle from this dealership and had to take it in for service before I paid the first note. The buying experience was seamless and great but the service department was one of the worst I have experienced. I was never informed of what was wrong with my vehicle until I called several times and asked for information. My brand new car was in this service station for 2 weeks for a battery. The service advisor never called with updates until after I would call. She often told me she would give me a call and I would never hear from her. Over the course of 2 weeks, I received 1 call from her telling me what was wrong with my car. When I originally brought the car in, she yelled over to the “manager” about if they should keep my vehicle in service. I was then asked if I needed a loaner and I was placed into a smoked out 300 that had dog hair on the back seat for the loaner vehicle. I asked the young lady to clean it especially since I was told I would be fined for smoking in the vehicle (I’m a non smoker). She said they would clean it and they placed an air freshener in the vehicle and didn’t get the dog hair. I called my sales associate and he was able to switch out the vehicles right away. After waiting for 2 weeks, I was told that they needed to drive my vehicle over the weekend because the original sensor that I brought the car into service was still on. When I picked up my vehicle, there was an error message and I was told I would have to get back into the rental. Then I was called to come back by someone else because the error message was standard until I drove again. Overall I hope to never have to deal with this service department again. More
