Express Oil Change took nearly 90 minutes to complete I was unimpressed with the length of time it took to complete my oil change. 90 minutes was far too long for an "Express" service. While I also had a recall item that was being done, before I mentioned that to Megan, she told me it would be over an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change. Since I needed to do the recall, I decided to stay, but if it weren't for that, I would have gone elsewhere for an oil change service. I don't think it is too unreasonable to ask for an oil change to be completed in under 30 minutes on a weekend when most people are able to get their cars services. More

Best Jeep Service Center After having a couple bad experiences with CDJ service centers near my residence I decided to take my Jeep Renegade back for some warranty repairs at After having a couple bad experiences with CDJ service centers near my residence I decided to take my Jeep Renegade back for some warranty repairs at the dealership I purchased it from. Wafaa was my service advisor and she explained to me what was going on and actually seemed to care about resolving my issues. She was fantastic to work with! They took care of the issue with my passive entry without any problems and even provided me with a loaner car (for no charge!) to use while they had to troubleshoot the issue I was having until they finally resolved it. They didn’t even charge me for the gas I used after forgetting to fill up before my return. The customer service at Sterling Heights Dodge was a HUGE improvement over the other dealership I used in the past. More
On third attempt I brought my car in for having no heat on passenger side. First it was diagnosed being (most expensive problem) the heater core. This time I’m told system needs to be flushed....at my expense. A few days after that, no heat again. This time I called Chrysler. I went to dealer telling service advisor what Chrysler told me to tell them. He just sat there with a smirk on his face. He wasn’t going to call Chrysler so I pulled my phone out and called. He just sat there then saying it was a new problem and kept smirking. After having vehicle for four days the heater core was replaced again. Did I really need the flush then? Any compensation for my inconvenience....not from dealership. More
Catalytic converter recall We brought the car in for the recall and when it was returned to us there was a clamp missing and the entire vehicle was shaking. Even my 19 year old non-mechanical son knew something was wrong. We brought it back the same day. Fortunately it was fixed early the next day. The employees acted like they were being put out. I’m sure they didn’t like having to accept the car at the end of the day, but we weren’t pleased either and felt that as a customer with a defective service should have been treated better. More

The service girl was nice and gave it to me for the 12 dollar price, but 20 is way too much to pay when I can go to Belle Tire and pay nothing. More

After a year later I’m trying to come to the dealership to get this resolved Monica and her manager DD are very rude laughed in my face and said that they will take it to claims court because it’s my signature it doesn’t matter how they submit it . Very ignorant no people skills need to handle problems . They need bit more better in situations when a customer is frustrated because they’re trying to resolve something they need to be trained better to have better respect for customers . At the end of the situation KEVIN Mcclennen is the one who’s trying to help me resolve this issue by communicating with Monica and her manager while there sitting in back how rude of Monica and her manager.... thank you Kevin so much for your time to resolve this issue.
