No Experience I just dropped off my vehicle this morning and what used to be a 10 minute process lasted over 30 minutes. The advisors who I had dealt with many time I just dropped off my vehicle this morning and what used to be a 10 minute process lasted over 30 minutes. The advisors who I had dealt with many times were all gone, either fired or had left and all but the senior advisor was new. The female who serviced me had no clue as to what she was doing or how to do it. Had to wait until another advisor could come over and help her fill out the form and this person was not very knowledgeable about Chrysler cars or their lifetime warrenty. Both the calipers on the rear of the vehicle are leaking and she tried to explain that they would not be covered since that was normal wear. Having knowledgeable service advisors makes the repair experience less painful but when you have a person who has little understanding of vehicles and has a hard time communicating, it makes the experience excruciating. Not sure but this might make me change to a different dealership. More

easy. service was easy, efficient, and reasonably priced. recommendation is easy. i don't even have to remember when my vehicle needs service. they tel service was easy, efficient, and reasonably priced. recommendation is easy. i don't even have to remember when my vehicle needs service. they tell me by email and text. all i have to do is get there. and the truck even tells me where and when in case i forget or get distracted. everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. I say i dealt with james the service manager because i dont know the names of all the people who were good to me. no matter. if there is happiness in doing business in the service department of a car dealership, then, i'm happy to do business with shdcjr. i never give 5 star ratings because everything can get better, but, if there was a 4 and 1/2 star rating, i would certainly give them all that. More

The little details would make a difference Not a great experience. Recieved a text right after I checked in stating I could communicate with my advisor via text. I replied to see if my car could get run through the wash. No reply back, and it didnt get washed. Then the sticker for the next oil change was for April of 2018 and only 300 miles from current mileage. Its 2019! Quality checks seem very low. Hoping oil change was done right. Nothing major, but if you cant get the little thing right, makes me wonder if the job was done right. More

Terrible customer service. They lost a lifetime customer. I had made 9:30 appointment for an oil change and to have my van checked for an intermittent knocking sound. My service advisor informed me that “the I had made 9:30 appointment for an oil change and to have my van checked for an intermittent knocking sound. My service advisor informed me that “the man who does the test driving” won’t be in until 1:00, which I conceded was fine. (Upon making the appointment, it would have been good to know this- I would’ve brought it in at 1:00 instead). I called at 4:30 when I hadn’t heard anything and was told I would be called back with the status of my van. When Megan didn’t call me back by 6:00 (long after the Courtesy shuttle was done for the day) I called again, was placed on hold for a very long time, and then was told no one looked at my van, that “there were cars ahead of mine,” and “the test driver left at 3:00.” I should’ve been called at that time, to come collect my van when he shuttle was still available. (Since it wasn’t going to be worked on that day!) I understand cars ahead of me, but then what’s the point of taking appointments? (The service manager later told me the appointment is to “meet with a service advisor, not for the car to be taken care of.” When I made the appointment, I wrongly assumed they took my vans information at the time of making the appointment )? I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and when I asked if I could bring it back in the morning I was told there was no guarantee it would even be looked at. The service manager, sensing my disgust, offered to “drive around with (me) sometime the next day for 15 minutes or so to try to hear the sound.” I considered this, but later thinking about it, felt uncomfortable “driving around” with the manager, especially since he was very unapologetic to my situation/ the poor communication/ the lack of work done (and my service advisor sat next to us throughout the conversation and never said a word, barely looked at me, again, very unprofessional). They both acted as if this was not a big deal, and only offered the solution of me driving with him he next day. (I work, have kids, etc etc which is why this appointment was carefully planned in my schedule) In the end, the oil change was complete and I was grateful someone washed the exterior. If either of the service workers were at least apologetic, admitted to a mistake (did they overlook my van? Forget? It happens! Just TELL THE CUSTOMER. and LET THEM KNOW With A PHONE CALL that their vehicle won’t end up being looked at, etc ) I wouldn’t be as upset. It was their attitude and lack of professionalism when talking with me (or lack of saying anything!) at the end of the night that maybe bothers me most. I will never be back to this dealership. It is unfortunate, as I have been a customer for over a decade. More
