Unprofessional service and costly. I have been a long term customer of both new car sales and service. Never really had a problem until now. My Jeep broke down on Sunday. Had it towed to the dealer for repairs Called first thing in the morning. Spoke to someone about my car. Had a very hard time understanding this person. She said that would look at my car on Tuesday or Wednesday and that they would call me. As she was ready to hang which happened to me a few more times during this repair I asked her if she would like my name, number and what kind of car I have there. From there it is more problems. They call on Tuesday and says my car needs a alternator and new battery. I explained that my battery was fairly new and I would like to take it back to the place of purchase. They said I could not take the battery out they would have to do it and it would cost 55 dollars. So I pick up the battery take it to the store and they tell me that it is fine. So I take the battery back to the dealer and the service man says that they will not put that battery back in I have to buy a new one. I asked him if they could put it back in and I would take my car somewhere else . The next day they call and say the car is ready. I go to pick up my car and they want to charge me 60 dollars more for a core deposit. Core deposit for what I asked. She said she would take off my bill. Sounds like a money grab to me. Normally they wash your car for you this time they did not. Hmmm. Look at repairs when I get home and find that they destroyed my battery cover and left it. Did not even clean battery terminals. I had to pay them 55 dollars so I could take my battery to get checked and for them to destroy the cover and leave it. Maybe I wouldn't notice. Then I noticed that my car had been hit while in their care. Took back and showed them which they denied. Said there was nothing that they would do and the overcharge must have been a mistake. Said they would get me a new cover but do nothing about the damage. All new young service people there. I will not go back for sales or service anymore if this is the way that they treat a long term customer. . More

Poor customer service I had an important meeting to get to that I was already late for and needed a ride just a half mile to the destination. Even though the service center wasn’t busy no one was able to help me out and I had to walk. When I told the service rep that I will have to walk because I’m late already she just shrugged her shoulders and said I’m sorry. I won’t be coming back here to buy or service my vehicles. More

When i finally did receive help the person didn't write down all the things i said and now i have to go back.. a lot of my dials were not the way i left them ....there was no need to touch them for what i brought it in for. and my truck was returned muddy from test driving. when i came to pick it up they couldn't find my keys...waited 20 min . I have bought and leased many vehicles from here and this is the second time i have had a problem. I know we get busy but there was only one other car in the place when i got there and people standing and sitting around while i waited. More
