Service good, but unfairly charged My 2017 Pacifica had a couple of issues. First, the good. My power seat was fixed, the work was done while I waited, and I am pleased with that. One of my keyfobs was accidentally destroyed. In trying to save money, I purchased one much cheaper on eBay. MY MISTAKE. I took the eBay fob to the dealership, which they said they would reprogram for $60. Reprogramming failed and the fob was useless. I had to buy a NEW key fob (which I should’ve done in the first place), but they charged me yet ANOTHER $60 to program the new one! I felt paying to have the new one programmed was unfair, especially since I had just paid over $200 For the new fob — programming the new one should have been included in the price of the fob. I felt really ripped off. I will not go back to this location for service. More

The reason I give it 4 stars is because when they took my car, a random guy that I forgot his name he came to me and told me my windshield had a little crack that he could fix after I was done with my service but I just needed to call the insurance and there was no charge. Anyways i told him that i wasn’t interested and he got upset and after 10 min i was in the waiting area and he said exactly the same words to another female. This was very awkward and unpleasant to listen, he shouldn’t go female by female trying to sell a service that is not needed. I went to another place to have my windshield checked and it was perfectly fine. Please change the way this is being managed because it can be a little bit of harassment to do this, words of the other female that said that they told her the same a month ago. More

We felt we should have been directly told the part is on back order. Also when I called to make the appointment, we were told we would be provided a rental, when my husband arrived by himself, was told rentals are not provided for recall service...so he had to be driven home. A lot of lack of communication!! We do hope to be notified soon of the back order part so to complete this invoice. Thank you More
