Oil change Service is ok but I liked making an appointment told they no longer do that. unsure It was very nice of Gary to inform me the next day after I dropped my car off that is was halfway done. But two days later I tried to call all day and It was very nice of Gary to inform me the next day after I dropped my car off that is was halfway done. But two days later I tried to call all day and no one would pick up the phone, very frustrating. When I finally got through I learned it was done, when I do not know, and he said he was surprised no one contacted me that is was. They found no leaks so I am not sure if I am happy about that so I keep cardboard under my car to see if it had stopped. When I picked up my car it took 20 minutes to get it, not sure why ( took it to the service desk to ask why it is taking so long and someone had to be told to get it).When I got the car it was filthy from sitting and not understanding why they could not wash it since it had been they since Monday and got it Thursday night. :( More

Waste of time I brought my car in for a rattling noise. I had set an appointment and when I came in I was told it was going to be a couple days... I was kind of con I brought my car in for a rattling noise. I had set an appointment and when I came in I was told it was going to be a couple days... I was kind of confused, but whatever. The service lady Mary insisted I told her where the noise was coming from, but I am not a mechanic so I did not know. After my car being in the shop for a week, I called asking the status of it. They said “oh it’s done. They didn’t find anything, you can come get it”. I go in and Mary tells me again they couldn’t find anything and if I hear the noise to come back. As soon as I drive off the lot, I hear the noise. I’m not even sure at this point if I bring it back? I’m sick of wasting my time with this dealership. Would Not recommend More

Service was great Cashier stunk Service department was fine but the cashier needs to learn how to tell the customer when a service item is on back order!! Won't go back I arrived to the service center around 5:45pm on Monday 4/15. I rode in on a tow truck with my vehicle on the back. I had experienced my first flat ti I arrived to the service center around 5:45pm on Monday 4/15. I rode in on a tow truck with my vehicle on the back. I had experienced my first flat tire on my way to work. I was greeted and escorted to the desk of Dillon Doetsch where I was asked to sit. When I got to his desk, Doetsch was in the middle of a conversation that looked like it could be with his superior. Once that man walked away, Doetsch picked up his desk phone, without so much as an acknowledgment to me and proceeded to have a conversation over the phone with what I would assume was another customer. When he was finished and I was greeted, I proceeded to explain my situation. I explained to him that I believed I had a wheel and tire package but wasn't sure how it worked. I even went so far as to pull out the paper my coverage was on. Doetsch was absolutely NO help. There were points in our conversation where I would ask him a question and he would just stare back at me. The only thing he was clear about was that a new tire would be $200, the car wouldn't be ready until Wednesday and that he couldn't help me get home (I live 5 mins away) because the shuttle stopped at 4pm. I was eventually able to get in contact with my sales person who informed me that my coverage was only good at the dealership in which I purchased the vehicle. From there I took care of the rest myself. No help from Doetsch whatsoever. More

Quick and easy! Service was quick and the staff was very pleasant and professional. I was in and out in less than 30 mins for an oil change and tire rotation.
