Service The service I received from the service department was terrible. They scratched my vehicle and lied and said my wife knew it was there. I then talked to the service manger who was unwilling to try and assist me. I don’t have his name with me at this time but it was an African American men. If my service isn’t rectified soon I will be taking my business somewhere else. FYI I have two new leased vehicles through your dealership..dodge customer service is currently trying to help and by the way I took my vehicle there three times for the same problem (when my vehicle go in reverse I was hearing a loud noise). More

After speaking with Joe about repairs to my old lease and informing him of the poor treatment I had received at other dealerships and the bad luck I was having getting into a new lease, he instantly referred me to Sal. Sal made miracles happen and I am happily in my brand new Jeep Compass!!! I am thankful to both of them after being shot down by other dealerships and treated very poorly by several other sales people at those other dealerships. It's people like these guys that make a difference in the life of a busy single mom with not a lot of time on my hands or ability to shop around. I will be back when my lease is up for sure!!! Horrible customer service Made an appointment for service online a week in advance. I received a confirmation the day of and a call the day prior only to show up to be told the Made an appointment for service online a week in advance. I received a confirmation the day of and a call the day prior only to show up to be told they don’t accept appointments and would have a two hour wait. On top of that, I went in to the showroom to look into leasing a new vehicle as mine is ending soon. Was handed of to Sales person John Spica. This was by far the worst encounter with a sales person I’ve ever had. John was rude, explained nothing (besides that he’s been in the business for a long time), and was zero help. I was inquiring about an email I received from that location. John spoke down to me like I knew absolutely nothing. He asked me very rudely, So what are you trying to accomplish,” after I spent the last ten minutes explaining my exact situation. I inquired about a Jeep Compass Trailhawk and John told me that they don’t exist and he had never saw one, I had to pull up the model on my phone. I can accept being told you’re not able to get me into the vehicle I’m looking for at my price point, but not when it done so in a rude, demeaning fashion. I will certainly not be returning to Sterling Heights CDJR for service or for sales. More
