They told me nothing when it got picked up they told my husband nothing of what happen, my 2019 Jeep should not have issues starting when I’ve only had it for 3 months, my when it got picked up they told my husband nothing of what happen, my 2019 Jeep should not have issues starting when I’ve only had it for 3 months, my husband tried to ask but was just handed a piece of paper saying what was wrong. Luckily I was able to make out what they did but I would have appreciated a professional telling what what wrong so I could understand it correctly. I was able to get it on quick but some info would have been nice. Literally just chose the service guy... never spoke to him about anything. My appointment was at 9 am dropped it of the night before and I had to call at 2pm on my appointment day to see what’s going on. More

Awful! James Jordan is horrible!!!!!!!!!! Went in for a bad caliper under warranty. Was told it wasn’t bad after another garage told me it was frozen, Sterling Dodge told me I could drive on i Went in for a bad caliper under warranty. Was told it wasn’t bad after another garage told me it was frozen, Sterling Dodge told me I could drive on it and come to find out, there was basically no brake on that side. After hours and hours, they suddenly decided it was bad and finally replaced it. Then tried to charge me $400 for brakes. Brakes wouldn’t have been bad on a 2017 Wrangler with 28,000 Miles on it if the caliper wasn’t bad. James Jordan was rude and after having to finally admit it was bad, treated me like I did something wrong and like I was just a dumb girl. No call when my vehicle was ready. After calling TWICE, Mr. Jordan said he thought I was coming to pick it up. How can I if I don’t know it’s ready?! No manager available when I did pick up my vehicle and left two messages as of today’s date for someone to call me back and heard nothing! More

Quick Brought in my Grand Cherokee for service, issue resolved within 2 days. Received the car back, unclean interior and exterior, had to fill rental with full tank, detail my car again. They got the job done which is the most important, definitely lacking in the details and customer service. More

Slow service My oil change took 2 and a half hours. When I dropped off my vehicle I was not informed that they were running behind or that it would take a while to My oil change took 2 and a half hours. When I dropped off my vehicle I was not informed that they were running behind or that it would take a while to get my oil change, so I sat in the waiting room. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked my service contact how much longer and she informed me a half hour. But I had to wait another hour for my oil change to be completed. I just wish I was warned that it would take that long.....I did not have 2.5 hours to spare. More

How is it that he finds a chip EVERYTIME! This is nothing but a scam that Sterling Heights Dodge let’s play out at it’s dealership. Shame on Sterling Heights Dodge for letting this take place for all to see. This is nothing but a scam to fleece the auto insurance companies. No wonder why are rates are so high. They didn't complete the Tire Rotation I went to the dealership for my needed Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I arrived before the Service Department opened for the morning and I marked my front Tire to insure that the Tire Rotation was completed, the rim was dirty so it was easy to mark it. (Great piece of advice that I have received when getting my Jeep serviced). The Service department did sell me a Buy 1 Oil Change & Tire Rotation, get 2 free for $90.00. When my Jeep was completed and moved to the front driveway for me to pick up I checked the front tire and my mark was still there, which told me that the Tires were Not Rotated. Not happy, I went back into the Service Department and told them that my tires were not rotated and I paid for the service. More
