Not too happy I came to the dealership a week prior at 8:30 am for an oil change. The young lady waited after I pulled in, sat there for 5 minutes and when I got ou I came to the dealership a week prior at 8:30 am for an oil change. The young lady waited after I pulled in, sat there for 5 minutes and when I got out of the car, she screamed; "We are booked for today". I stated that it was only 8:30 am, how? So I left. I came back recently and the employees acted like they didn't want to speak to me and was very nonchalant. The nicest person was the gentleman who brought my car out. More

oii change tires rotated and fixed recall on breaks left my windows down on the vehicle outside in the parking lot, left seat all the way back and didm't run through the wash rack. Oil change & tire rotation I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted almost immediately by Marium with a smile and a good morning.
