Its still your car, so you would think you would want your car maintained in top shape, Also a a nice touch there cars get washed. None of these niceties happened in my case. I brought the car in 3 recalls were looked at and the oil was changed That's it...... More

Dillon in the service department was very friendly and helpful. In less than an hour the service was completed. I was very happy at how quickly this was done. While I was in the waiting area an employee asked if I needed a shuttle ride to home, work, etc. I didn't need it, but felt it was a nice gesture. Thank you Dillon in the service department for a job well done. More

Terrible customer service There was no communication about my vehicle the whole time. I scheduled an 9:30am appointment and did not get my vehicle until 4pm the next day. I had to call multiple times before even being told what was taking so long. Also I have a warranty on my tires and when I asked about it they told me I have to go to the dealership I bought it from in order to get the warranty coverage. Which when I went there found out that was a bunch of nonsense that y’all just didn’t want to take the time to do it. So now I’m working on a week trying to fix a bubble in my tire. Very unprofessional. More

I made a 10:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and uConnect concern. When I arrived I was told it might take a couple hours, and I was fine with that. I didn't leave the dealership until 1:30 (3-1/2 hours later), and that was only after I went to the Cashier's office to check on the progress of the service, at which point I found out my car was ready. A 3-1/2 wait is unacceptable without someone me know the wait time was going to be extended. 2. The announcement speaker in the customer waiting room is hardly audible. It was at the same level the last time I was there for service, and I had mentioned it to customer service at that time. I mentioned it again this time, and the cashier acknowledged that she knew, people have told her, and it can be adjusted. That is an easy fix and customers should not be straining to hear their names. 3. The service tech I dealt with when I arrived was extremely personable, competent and helpful (I don't know her name). More

Quick check in and fast service I only had a recall to have fixed on my RAM. It took only one hour and the check in and out procedures were quick. Excellent I showed up randomly on a Saturday morning and from the time I pulled my car into the service area I was promptly greeted, my issues discussed and the I showed up randomly on a Saturday morning and from the time I pulled my car into the service area I was promptly greeted, my issues discussed and the repair process started which included a potential tire replacement and a recall. They were able to repair my tire without replacing it which saved me additional time of having to chase down an insurance reimbursement check. I have taken cars to various dealerships for repairs over the years and some have been very frustrating to say the least but this trip went exceptionally smooth and easy. More
Terrible I went in for an oil change tire rotation and to check on a noise I had coming from my car. My car spent five days in the shop with zero updates and n I went in for an oil change tire rotation and to check on a noise I had coming from my car. My car spent five days in the shop with zero updates and no help given. I was told that they couldn’t proceed with my service because my wheel lock key wasn’t in my car. Which wasn’t put back in my car from previous service from the same dealership. Now I was told that I couldn’t order a new set of wheel locks because the packaging for the actual set wasn’t in my car. I was also told twice I would receive a call for updates on my car which I didn’t receive. When I finally got my car back after calling three separate times for an update inside the glove back was the packaging for my set of lug nuts and wheel locks minus the wheel lock key. Which I was told was no where to be found and they couldn’t order a new one without the information inside that packaging. Now. I have never seen this packaging before, I’ve cleaned out my entire car multiple times since my last check up. And that box wasn’t in there. So they either found it from last time and placed it right inside my glove box on top or they put a random one in there because it wasn’t there in the first place. i was told the service people checked and the girl I talked with on the phone said she would check as well and again was told it was no where to be found that I would have to have the locks removed and have regular lug nuts put on. Also as far as the noise goes in my car. It’s still there because nothing got checked. After spending five days in the shop the main issue I had didn’t get touched, I got no updates towards the problem and when I went to go pick it up there was zero conversation about my car itself. No explanation no questions absolutely nothing. I was without my car for five days while it sat and got no work done on my problem. And whenever I called about it I was told either no updates or that she (Wafa) would call me back for more information which she never did multiple times. More
