2019 chrysler 300 AC problems not solved!! I have brought my 2019 Chrysler 300 TWICE, 6/11 & 6/25, because the AC runs sometimes and other times NOT!! Picked the car up a week later, after I called and asked what the status of my car was. I was told it was done 2 days ago. No one called me. The problem, I was told, the gentleman that did my write was on vacation. WOW!! The problem STILL exist. Last week the AC stopped working one day. I pulled into my driveway, opened the hood and could easily see that the compressor was not running. The day I picked the car up from service, there was a power outage at the dealership. Lacking in communication I made an appointment online and when I got to the service bay they had nothing in their computer about my appointment. They took my vehicle but still made it seem like it was a bother for them since it wasn’t showing in their system. It seemed when I dropped off my vehicle that all service advisors with the exception of 1 were away. Drop off took me about 25 minutes, which seemed excessive. I was not in a huge hurry, but also standing around 20 minutes for a simple drop off was aggravating. Chrysler covered none of the $1300 repair bill even though my van has only 67k miles. However that is not the dealerships fault. Overall the vehicle was fixed and returned in 3 days which seems industry standard. But the overall staff demeanor and ease of drop off was disappointing. Oil change turns into oil leak I went in for an oil change and a bulb replacement and when I got my truck back it was leaking oil all over and the bulb never got replaced. Waited for hours for oil change I walked your lot 6 times waiting for my truck to get oil change. I watched the person do the oil change and I question why it took so long! The only reason I didn’t complain the same day I was there is simply put into these words; your service department has no who gives a xxxx! I drove in and I was the only vehicle I. The department driveway! One on the phone and another with a customer! I saw a salesman I think step in front of me to talk to service advisor and finally somebody else came into the department to help me. This person was going to charge me for an oil change I had already paid for! She told me I had already used the package I bought! I told her that this was the third oil change I’ve had on this truck! That forced her to look and agree with me that it was a free oil change. I left this dealership in buying vehicles when they had a disagreement with the life time salesman we used! Now that the service department has gone down to crap I’m leaving this dealership for good!!! More
