Disorganized When we arrived and talked to the service Rep, he had to talk to employees several times. It seemed like they they didn't know what was going on and t When we arrived and talked to the service Rep, he had to talk to employees several times. It seemed like they they didn't know what was going on and the rep was irritated. They also didn't call us when the car was finished, we had to call the service center. When we picked up the car it seemed like the employees didn't fully understand what was going on and it took awhile for them them to retrieve out vehicle. More
Wouldn't return contact after they failed to fix my vehicle I originally left my car with them for a full week while they said they were waiting for parts to fix my vehicle. After I got my vehicle back, I found I originally left my car with them for a full week while they said they were waiting for parts to fix my vehicle. After I got my vehicle back, I found that it had not been repaired. So, when I got a text from the customer service person I dealt with saying she hopes I'm satisfied with my service, I replied to tell her that the problem was still there, and the car had not been fixed, so it needed to come back. She replied that they'll 'have to diagnose it first'. I responded with "It was already there for a week. You supposedly already diagnosed and fixed it, but it's not fixed." She never replied, never scheduled the car to come back, etc. I replied several more times asking to bring the car in, with no reply from her. I had to come into the dealership in person to speak to a service manager. Even then, they didn't really care about the employee ignoring the customer. Bad way to do business. More

Unsure I absolutely loved and had a good experience with Bill Reed. But I was very upset that my car was not cleaned, I had to do so when I get home and my t I absolutely loved and had a good experience with Bill Reed. My mom lease is up but I'm not sure to have her come in for the 2 reasons or not! More

Oil Change Brought my car in for an oil change.. picked it up and within 3 miles started smoking. Oil poured from underneath my car... they picked me up then had Brought my car in for an oil change.. picked it up and within 3 miles started smoking. Picked it up couple days later.. pouring rain (had my mother that walks with a cane) water is coming into the car port and the 2 girls laughed for awhile and we moved to get out of the rain... then they decided maybe it would be a good idea to shut the door so the rain wasn’t hitting the customers. I will never return. When I asked for an itemized bill about what happen Incase of Future problems.. they informed me it was Mopars fault for an Oring... UNBELIEVABLE. My car was running fine prior. Great service The service was done and completed within a timely manner. You do need to get in line early otherwise your wait time will be longer. Replace Radio My part was ordered. I never recieved notice when the part came in. The day I called to see what was happening, the Parts Department told me t My part was ordered. I never recieved notice when the part came in. The day I called to see what was happening, the Parts Department told me that they had the part scheduled to be returned THAT DAY. Parts pulled the Part back so that I could schedule an appointment. I then attempted to call Service (3 times), and got shuffeled around, but was never actually was able to make an appointment. I then called the Sales Rep. that sold me the car, an he was able to get me an appointment in about 5 minutes. You need to find some way to get Service to answer their phone. More
