Work was incomplete I came into the body shop to have things repaired as a result of the collision. The windshield was never replaced nor was the remote start diagnosed. They wanted $110 extra diagnostic fee on top on the $250 deductible in order to look at the hood ajar switch which is located right in the area that the collision occurred.
