Disappointed with staff that check windowshield nicks. I have no complaints with the Service technician but the staff person who does the window shield repairs. I feel like I am stalked by this person. Th I have no complaints with the Service technician but the staff person who does the window shield repairs. I feel like I am stalked by this person. Then when I agrees to pay $25.00 for the present repair and any future repairs I was to have the information emailed to me and he was to place the paperwork in my glovebox. I did not receive an e-mail confirmation or was the paperwork placed in my car. I did drive out of my way to get the oil change @ this dealership. I do not know if I will continue to go to this dealership due to this incident. I feel I was taken advantage of... More

With very little effort Kevin confirmed all three were availabl Before driving 1 hour to get here I called to verify 3 vehicles were still available. With very little effort Kevin confirmed all three were available knowing I wasn't local. After arriving I learned 1 of the vehicles actually wasn't available. This was disappointing because this vehicle was the main reason for our trip. Nonetheless we decided to purchase another vehicle instead. The vehicle needed a wheel alignment so my husband and I agreed that he would return later to pick up the vehicle. I explained to my representative later that I would not be able to make the 2 hour round trip a second time today and that I needed to make arrangements to e-sign or present a power of attorney for my husband to sign for me. Kevin was extremely quick to tell me no. He didn't even try to be accommodating and I'm paying cash for the vehicle! I knew this had to be incorrect so I researched it and found the legal power of attorney form approved by our Government. They finally called the SOS to verify the form I provided was acceptable and completed the transaction without requiring me to return. I may as well have sold myself the car. Very unhelpful! More
