I purchased an all NEW 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7L V8 w/ Black Appearance Package and continue falling in love with it. It’s only the first real day I’ve driven it on my commute to Oakland University and the coil springs really show. The engines absolutely POWERFUL. The sound of it stock is soooo nice. Great service I came around 9 o clock expecting a long lime it was surprising they didn’t took long and my car was ready and Mariam greet me very kindly, she was ve I came around 9 o clock expecting a long lime it was surprising they didn’t took long and my car was ready and Mariam greet me very kindly, she was very helpful. The reason I give it 4 stars is because when they took my car, a random guy that I forgot his name he came to me and told me my windshield had a little crack that he could fix after I was done with my service but I just needed to call the insurance and there was no charge. Anyways i told him that i wasn’t interested and he got upset and after 10 min i was in the waiting area and he said exactly the same words to another female. This was very awkward and unpleasant to listen, he shouldn’t go female by female trying to sell a service that is not needed. I went to another place to have my windshield checked and it was perfectly fine. Please change the way this is being managed because it can be a little bit of harassment to do this, words of the other female that said that they told her the same a month ago. More

Good, but lack of communication. We we're disappointed. Brought our car in for three recalls. We felt we should have been directly told the part is on back order. Also when I called to make the appointment, we were told we would be provided a rental, when my husband arrived by himself, was told rentals are not provided for recall service...so he had to be driven home. A lot of lack of communication!! We do hope to be notified soon of the back order part so to complete this invoice. Thank you More
