Service good, but unfairly charged My 2017 Pacifica had a couple of issues. First, the good. My power seat was fixed, the work was done while I waited, and I am pleased with that. Now t My 2017 Pacifica had a couple of issues. First, the good. My power seat was fixed, the work was done while I waited, and I am pleased with that. Now the bad. One of my keyfobs was accidentally destroyed. In trying to save money, I purchased one much cheaper on eBay. MY MISTAKE. I took the eBay fob to the dealership, which they said they would reprogram for $60. Reprogramming failed and the fob was useless. I had to buy a NEW key fob (which I should’ve done in the first place), but they charged me yet ANOTHER $60 to program the new one! I felt paying to have the new one programmed was unfair, especially since I had just paid over $200 For the new fob — programming the new one should have been included in the price of the fob. I felt really ripped off. I will not go back to this location for service. More

I purchased an all NEW 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7L V8 w/ Black Appearance Package and continue falling in love with it. It’s only the first real day I’ve driven it on my commute to Oakland University and the coil springs really show. The engines absolutely POWERFUL. The sound of it stock is soooo nice.
