I received a confirmation the day of and a call the day prior only to show up to be told they don’t accept appointments and would have a two hour wait. On top of that, I went in to the showroom to look into leasing a new vehicle as mine is ending soon. Was handed of to Sales person John Spica. This was by far the worst encounter with a sales person I’ve ever had. John was rude, explained nothing (besides that he’s been in the business for a long time), and was zero help. I was inquiring about an email I received from that location. John spoke down to me like I knew absolutely nothing. He asked me very rudely, So what are you trying to accomplish,” after I spent the last ten minutes explaining my exact situation. I inquired about a Jeep Compass Trailhawk and John told me that they don’t exist and he had never saw one, I had to pull up the model on my phone. I can accept being told you’re not able to get me into the vehicle I’m looking for at my price point, but not when it done so in a rude, demeaning fashion. I will certainly not be returning to Sterling Heights CDJR for service or for sales. More

Oil change Service is ok but I liked making an appointment told they no longer do that. For 4 years I paid about $30 last year told it went up to $60 now $69 not Service is ok but I liked making an appointment told they no longer do that. unsure It was very nice of Gary to inform me the next day after I dropped my car off that is was halfway done. But two days later I tried to call all day and It was very nice of Gary to inform me the next day after I dropped my car off that is was halfway done. But two days later I tried to call all day and no one would pick up the phone, very frustrating. When I finally got through I learned it was done, when I do not know, and he said he was surprised no one contacted me that is was. They found no leaks so I am not sure if I am happy about that so I keep cardboard under my car to see if it had stopped. When I picked up my car it took 20 minutes to get it, not sure why ( took it to the service desk to ask why it is taking so long and someone had to be told to get it).When I got the car it was filthy from sitting and not understanding why they could not wash it since it had been they since Monday and got it Thursday night. :( More

Waste of time I brought my car in for a rattling noise. I had set an appointment and when I came in I was told it was going to be a couple days... I was kind of con I brought my car in for a rattling noise. I had set an appointment and when I came in I was told it was going to be a couple days... I was kind of confused, but whatever. The service lady Mary insisted I told her where the noise was coming from, but I am not a mechanic so I did not know. After my car being in the shop for a week, I called asking the status of it. They said “oh it’s done. They didn’t find anything, you can come get it”. I go in and Mary tells me again they couldn’t find anything and if I hear the noise to come back. As soon as I drive off the lot, I hear the noise. I’m not even sure at this point if I bring it back? I’m sick of wasting my time with this dealership. Would Not recommend More
