When I walked into the dealership, I felt confident that it would be a good experience. I was introduced to Steven Tercha and right from the initial handshake he was professional, informative, helpful, and made what can easily become a daunting task, an enjoyable experience. He said to not hesitate if I had any questions or concerns, and he meant it. He was always available if I needed to reach out. Not once was I given the impression that I was taking up his time. Through the entire process of building my Wrangler, to when it arrived at the dealership, he kept me in the loop with updates. I can't say enough about Sterling Heights Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram or Steven. They made that good of an impression. Thanks for everything! More
