Slow service My oil change took 2 and a half hours. When I dropped off my vehicle I was not informed that they were running behind or that it would take a while to My oil change took 2 and a half hours. When I dropped off my vehicle I was not informed that they were running behind or that it would take a while to get my oil change, so I sat in the waiting room. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked my service contact how much longer and she informed me a half hour. But I had to wait another hour for my oil change to be completed. I just wish I was warned that it would take that long.....I did not have 2.5 hours to spare. More
