Awful! James Jordan is horrible!!!!!!!!!! Went in for a bad caliper under warranty. Was told it wasn’t bad after another garage told me it was frozen, Sterling Dodge told me I could drive on i Went in for a bad caliper under warranty. Was told it wasn’t bad after another garage told me it was frozen, Sterling Dodge told me I could drive on it and come to find out, there was basically no brake on that side. After hours and hours, they suddenly decided it was bad and finally replaced it. Then tried to charge me $400 for brakes. Brakes wouldn’t have been bad on a 2017 Wrangler with 28,000 Miles on it if the caliper wasn’t bad. James Jordan was rude and after having to finally admit it was bad, treated me like I did something wrong and like I was just a dumb girl. No call when my vehicle was ready. After calling TWICE, Mr. Jordan said he thought I was coming to pick it up. How can I if I don’t know it’s ready?! No manager available when I did pick up my vehicle and left two messages as of today’s date for someone to call me back and heard nothing! More
