Terrible customer service There was no communication about my vehicle the whole time. I scheduled an 9:30am appointment and did not get my vehicle until 4pm the next day. I had to call multiple times before even being told what was taking so long. Also I have a warranty on my tires and when I asked about it they told me I have to go to the dealership I bought it from in order to get the warranty coverage. Which when I went there found out that was a bunch of nonsense that y’all just didn’t want to take the time to do it. So now I’m working on a week trying to fix a bubble in my tire. I made a 10:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and uConnect concern. When I arrived I was told it might take a couple hours, and I was fine with that. I didn't leave the dealership until 1:30 (3-1/2 hours later), and that was only after I went to the Cashier's office to check on the progress of the service, at which point I found out my car was ready. A 3-1/2 wait is unacceptable without someone me know the wait time was going to be extended. 2. The announcement speaker in the customer waiting room is hardly audible. It was at the same level the last time I was there for service, and I had mentioned it to customer service at that time. I mentioned it again this time, and the cashier acknowledged that she knew, people have told her, and it can be adjusted. That is an easy fix and customers should not be straining to hear their names. 3. The service tech I dealt with when I arrived was extremely personable, competent and helpful (I don't know her name).
