Watch your bill I brought my car in for service on 06/24/2019. The oil was leaking and I wanted the spark plugs changed and the brakes checked along with three recall I brought my car in for service on 06/24/2019. The oil was leaking and I wanted the spark plugs changed and the brakes checked along with three recalls. When I sat down with the service writer Wafa I told her the issues and she wrote me up. I also presented a 10% off service coupon to her at the time of write up. Later that evening they called and said my truck was ready. They fixed the oil leak ( just a loose oil filter) but nobody called earlier and asked if I wanted the oil changed since its close to being ready for a oil change. It would have been an easy sale since it was already there being serviced but oh well. When I went to pick it up they told be to go see the cashier and I was all set. When she handed me the bill it didn't show the 10% off. I asked her and she looked in her computer and said ya it doesn't show it but she would go asked the service manager Victoria. I could see Victoria in her office interviewing someone at the time. She quickly looked at the paper and said yep the 10% in there and the cashier came back and said Victoria said its in there and that's the price. I said I find it hard to believe that you don't see it in the computer and I don't see it on the paperwork but she can see it somehow that fast. The cashier asked if I wanted to wait to speak to Victoria and I said yes I will wait. After like 15 minutes Victoria was still doing her interview so the cashier told her I was still waiting to speak to her. Victoria then told the cashier to go get one of the service writer guys for me to talk to him. I talked to him and he said he would be write back. He went out to the service lane and came back and guess what he took the 10% off like $65.00. If I would have taken Victoria word for it I would have been out $65.00. It starts at the top and if this is the type of management you have there then I wont be doing business with you. Its not the money its the principal. I cant work with a company I cant trust. More
Jeep coverage was first told to me then day later was not. I had a defective seal on my back Jeep window with less than 30,000 miles. I always keep Jeep in garage. I was first told it was covered, so I left me Jeep there for day, then was called and told no coverage and the seal had to be ordered with a complete new window costing me over $700 !!! More

Just enough Though the actual repair was accomplished, I speak to others whom have GM products and Ford products, the pointed out that when they bring their vehic Though the actual repair was accomplished, I speak to others whom have GM products and Ford products, the pointed out that when they bring their vehicles in for an oil change, they do a ten point inspection and top off fluids and rotate the tires, especially the ones with leases, as mine is. Its still your car, so you would think you would want your car maintained in top shape, Also a a nice touch there cars get washed. None of these niceties happened in my case. I brought the car in 3 recalls were looked at and the oil was changed That's it...... More

Simple and Informed Bruce was very easy to talk with and at no point did I feel he was simply there to complete a sale. Dillon in the service department was very friendly a I scheduled a morning appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Ram 1500. Dillon in the service department was very friendly and helpful. In less than an hour the service was completed. I was very happy at how quickly this was done. While I was in the waiting area an employee asked if I needed a shuttle ride to home, work, etc. I didn't need it, but felt it was a nice gesture.
