Free oil change They give you your first oil change free. They don't take appointment so you have to sit in their waiting room from an hour and a half to 2 hours. Service took way to long - They forgot about my truck I took my vehicle in for an oil change, a few recalls and to have them fix the tailgate that doesn't always open. After sitting in the lobby for 3.5 I took my vehicle in for an oil change, a few recalls and to have them fix the tailgate that doesn't always open. After sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours without hearing anything from the service advisor I went and asked about the status. I was told "Oh this should have been done 2 hours ago", he checked with the cashier and sure enough it was but no one brought the vehicle out. She said she would have someone bring it around right away....a half hour later I went back and asked if they lost my truck and she apologized and said she would have someone else bring it around. 15 minutes later a porter finally brought it. I also noted, on the paperwork, that the mechanic could not replicate the issue with my tailgate and therefore did nothing. I would expect them to ask me more details about how/when the issue occurs to better understand. Now I'll have to take time, again, to take it back in for the tailgate. All in all, 4+ hours for maintenance that took an hour to do and they couldnt even resolve all my issues. More
