Oil change turns into oil leak I went in for an oil change and a bulb replacement and when I got my truck back it was leaking oil all over and the bulb never got replaced. Waited for hours for oil change I walked your lot 6 times waiting for my truck to get oil change. I watched the person do the oil change and I question why it took so long! The only reason I didn’t complain the same day I was there is simply put into these words; your service department has no who gives a xxxx! I drove in and I was the only vehicle I. The department driveway! One on the phone and another with a customer! I saw a salesman I think step in front of me to talk to service advisor and finally somebody else came into the department to help me. This person was going to charge me for an oil change I had already paid for! She told me I had already used the package I bought! I told her that this was the third oil change I’ve had on this truck! That forced her to look and agree with me that it was a free oil change. I left this dealership in buying vehicles when they had a disagreement with the life time salesman we used! Now that the service department has gone down to crap I’m leaving this dealership for good!!! More
