I called and was connected to Kevin in used cars sales. We set up an appointment and went to look at it around 6pm on a Monday night. We pulled into an incredibly small parking lot that was over filled. The used car offices are even smaller. Kevin ended up being a middle aged man who is the epitome of the "old school used car salesman." Now I was raised in a dealership and have worked in them for the past 10 years. My husband is an engineer and very familiar with the mechanics of a vehicle. I went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb prompting Kevin to tell my husband I'm very thorough. My husband told him I was a car girl and knew what I was looking at. Kevin's demeaner quickly changed to cold and stand offish you could immediately tell he didn't like us although he tried to remain polite.("You're a car girl remember! You should know this!") I test drove the vehicle and we submitted a credit app and put a deposit down. I told them I wanted to go through a credit union since I had already planned on moving my last loan and was pre approved prior to my accident. They still ran us through 3 lenders that night. My husband and I have average credit, above average income, solid payment history and money to put down if necessary. Kevin called us at 10am the next day after running our credit through 4 more lenders. He said we have an approval through a credit union but we needed $1000 down and "to make our accounts current." There was no explanation to what that meant and I quickly check our banks to ensure we weren't hacked. We were fine. I told Kevin this and he told me to call the lender. I did. They only needed an updated proof of insurance from my husband's car (which is through the same lender) I immediately got it from my insurance and sent it to the bank. We were just waiting for underwriting to update the application. Kevin and his manager then put an incredible amount of pressure on us to have it done by 2pm or they would pass the car to the next person even though we had a deposit and an approval on it. (Most dealers hold 48 hours he gave us 4) Kevin was constantly texting me telling me to get it done even though I explained several times I had already done it. I finally told him to chill out we obviously want the car and we would be up at 5:30 to sign. I told him what products I wanted and to have it ready so we don't keep them late. We got up there and Kevin is clearly aggravated and rude. Never met the manager but if Kevin was truthful, his manager is just as rude. We didn't sign until 6:30pm. Paper work was wrong (3 different finance amounts) and the next day I told Kevin the car was still filthy and vibrating at 70mph above. He had taken it to Belle Tire prior to pick up and had them replace the valve stems. Why he didn't do it in his own service center is beyond me. He then got incredibly rude through text and I finally told him how much stress he had added to us and I find it rude he keeps telling us we were stressful (I would of loved a sale like ours, we did everything!) He essentially told me I was ungrateful (WHAT?!) and to contact his manager instead. Kevin and the entire store made us feel unwelcome and unworthy of being there. They made us feel like such a nuisance even though I did all of the work and Kevin didn't have to sell me a thing, just facilitate the deal. I highly encourage you to go ANYWHERE else. Literally the side of the road is probably better than how we were treated here and with a subpar facility that cant even use their own service center, I see no reason to go back. Although re detailing my car and balancing the wheels would be nice, I'm not holding my breath for them to do it. Beware! More

What is a great Chrysler dealership agent My first time at Sterling Dodge dealership I was met by Bruce Cieminack. He asked me what I was looking for. I I told him. He showed me a beautiful wh My first time at Sterling Dodge dealership I was met by Bruce Cieminack. He asked me what I was looking for. I I told him. He showed me a beautiful white with black top 2019 4 wheel drive Jeep Compass. we sat and talked about details. He walked me through the process of filling out a financial app form on line. He was very thorough and patient. Not one time did he demonstrate any high pressure sales pitch. He made me feel comfortable I’m a 75 year old widow of a veteran. I would highly recommend Sterling Heights Dodge and Bruce to anyone. I love my Jeep Compass. Thank you. Have a blessed day More

Oil Change Brought my car in for an oil change.. picked it up and within 3 miles started smoking. Oil poured from underneath my car... they picked me up then had Brought my car in for an oil change.. picked it up and within 3 miles started smoking. Oil poured from underneath my car... they picked me up then had the nerve to ask me How my car was getting back to the dealership!! Picked it up couple days later.. pouring rain (had my mother that walks with a cane) water is coming into the car port and the 2 girls laughed for awhile and we moved to get out of the rain... then they decided maybe it would be a good idea to shut the door so the rain wasn’t hitting the customers. I will never return. When I asked for an itemized bill about what happen Incase of Future problems.. they informed me it was Mopars fault for an Oring... UNBELIEVABLE. My car was running fine prior. More

Replace Radio My part was ordered. I never recieved notice when the part came in. The day I called to see what was happening, the Parts Department told me t My part was ordered. I never recieved notice when the part came in. The day I called to see what was happening, the Parts Department told me that they had the part scheduled to be returned THAT DAY. Parts pulled the Part back so that I could schedule an appointment. I then attempted to call Service (3 times), and got shuffeled around, but was never actually was able to make an appointment. I then called the Sales Rep. that sold me the car, an he was able to get me an appointment in about 5 minutes. You need to find some way to get Service to answer their phone. More
