I showed up for my scheduled appointment and the female service writer never scheduled it. I was told by same female service writer they were too busy to fit me in, so a new appointment was scheduled for the following week. Upon arrival for my appointment I worked with a different service writer (James) and he was great (very professional and knowledgeable). My repair was completed in about a week. The glue they reattached my defroster with is already coming off so I will have to go back. The rental car they provided was an embarrassment for the dealership. Dirty dose not begin to describe the condition inside and out. The vehicle smelled like a combination of ash tray and dirty feet. I wiped down the interior to keep from getting my suit dirty. More

No gas Thought it was crazy to buy a new car and it didn’t have a full tank of gas. Basically had to leave the dealership and go to the gas station. Worst oil change experience ever! It took 2 hours to get my oil changed! I ended up being late for work because of it. I arranged w/Matt to drop off the vehicle on a Saturday with service department (body shop isn't open on Saturdays) and told body shop crew I expected to pick it up following Saturday, because I would be out of town on a business trip. I left my cell number and my husband's cell number in case they wanted my husband to get it early. When I hadn't heard anything by Friday, I called to check. I spoke with Doug, who said it wasn't ready. When I expressed concern and said I could borrow a car Monday and would appreciate it if they could get mine done by Monday afternoon, he promised to check. He was very thorough and called me back three times to make sure the dealership kept its new goal of returning the car to me Monday. It was ready when I arrived Monday afternoon. It was very clean and looked good. The only thing the dealership could have done better was call me when they received my car and given me a timeline then. More
