I spent months scouring the internet for the perfect deal on a gently used vehicle and then went and visited more than 20 dealerships in person. I had a very hard time finding any decent deals, sales people, or dealerships. I could hardly even find a sales person to listen to what I wanted and take me at my word. I even had a sales person at a prior dealership tell me that women never know what engine they want. Ha! Kevin Derby was the total opposite of all of that. He listened to what I needed, showed me only what I wanted to see and could afford, and then gave me the time to think without pressuring me in any way. I have super high anxiety and a hard time making decisions. The number one problem I have with most dealerships is the pressure. I freak out and run far away. I didn't have that problem here. Everything went very smoothly. The professionalism, friendliness, honesty, and respect impressed me - hard to do, I promise. Even better, he managed to impress my Dad.
