I had a horrible experience with the used side of this dealership. My daughter who has been saving all of her money for her first car found a used Honda at this dealership. Car fax looked good and Kevin Derby ensured it was a good safe car and since he has kids of his own would never want to sell something that didn't drive safely. We asked about getting the car locks fixed and was told we could split it and they would take care of it. After a week or so owning the car we called to see when the parts would be in. They hadn't been ordered and it was going to take weeks to get. This is weird because I could get the parts at O'Reiley's. Then about a week ago, after having the car for about 1 month, it doesn't start. I contact Kevin and he tells me to go to an Auto shop. This was not their issue. I have called and emailed and no response from the dealer. My wife called and said she was interested in buying a car and within minutes she received a call back. This is horrible customer service. Even if they wouldn't help fix the car, a call back would have been nice. I would never purchase another car from this dealer and would advise everyone to avoid them. Now I have to get work done on a car that we have had for a month that my daughter put all of her money into and was inspected by their certified auto shop. Thanks for nothing. More
