They are all in on selling you a new vehicle. After 2 weeks and 1500 miles the engine blew up. Chris Demartino is an awesome professional. In May of 2021 I went in cold to the Sterling Heights Dealership looking for someone to talk to about buying a truck. It had been 16 years since I had last bou 2021 I went in cold to the Sterling Heights Dealership looking for someone to talk to about buying a truck. It had been 16 years since I had last bought a vehicle, thinking that maybe some things had changed. My intent was to purchase a new Truck in September 2021. Chris stepped up and spoke with me for about an hour. In September 2021, I went back to the dealership, found Chris and told him I was ready. He was kind of enough to show me a vehicle, however, I thought why settle. I am big on getting as many bells and whistles as possible. So I ask if we could order one. Chris took me back in and we did just that. I tried so hard to be patient, but 2.5 months later, I received a phone call from Chris letting me know that my baby arrived. Thank you Chris, it had been 3 years since I had a truck and I couldn't be happier. More

Denise over promised and under delivered. “Easy peasy” is what she said when i wanted to buy my lease, she said she will call Chrysler Capital and then “ you come tomorrow you sign and in 30 days we get the what she said when i wanted to buy my lease, she said she will call Chrysler Capital and then “ you come tomorrow you sign and in 30 days we get the title and the car is yours”, it’s been a week! she is hard to get a hold on, I have to call her phone so many times I memorized it. Her demeanor is trashy and so her way of treating people and communicating, I should say not communicating with the clients. More
