Oil change I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half I went to ask if the car would be ready soon. A problem had come I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half I went to ask if the car would be ready soon. A problem had come up with a part being stripped and needed to be replaced. The part was not available and had to be picked up from another location. I was very frustrated with how long this was taking and the manager had came up to me and helped with the issue. He was very professional and nice at all times, even when I may have been difficult towards them. He made an effort to make things better. Thanks for taking the time and effort to make it right. More

Expedient quality service Based on a disussion at the beach with one of the dealer managers (Denny), I asked to be called the next week for a Jeep purchase. Alix, "The Jeep Gir Based on a disussion at the beach with one of the dealer managers (Denny), I asked to be called the next week for a Jeep purchase. Alix, "The Jeep Girl" called me right away. I told her what I wanted, and by Friday I was picking up my customized Jeep. She scheduled me to arrive and within 1/2 hr I was out the door with keys in hand. Because of Denny and Alix's awesome service, attitude, and profesionalism I will refer all of my friends and family to them.... and will be calling on them in a year or so for my Hellcat ;-) More

I was extremely pleased with his product knowledge and professionalism. While most people typically dread the process of leasing/buying a vehicle, Mike made it easy because he has such comprehensive knowledge of the vehicles, standard and optional equipment, and so on. He made this a very easy process with no hassle and no pressure. He really made it a great experience when he went out of his way to explain every single feature of the car to me, even going as far as connecting my phone to the Bluetooth feature.
