Oil change I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half I went to ask if the car would be ready soon. A problem had come up with a part being stripped and needed to be replaced. The part was not available and had to be picked up from another location. I was very frustrated with how long this was taking and the manager had came up to me and helped with the issue.
