You could not have asked for a nicer, no pressure gentleman than James. Bill Stipik in the finance department also was responsible for making this buying experience a pleasurable one. I went in on a Saturday to take a test drive and was taking delivery of my Jeep the following Tuesday. Due to this excellent buying experience I have since leased two other vehicles from the folks at Sterling Hts. and James Jordan. In December 2012, I leased a Dodge Charger R/T. I did the whole deal over the phone with James and was not disappointed or misled. James told me what the price was going to be and to his word that's what it was on the paperwork when I arrived. The first time I even saw the car was the day of delivery. Another salesman, Bob Dattilio, did the paperwork write-up that day since James wasn't available. Bob was very kind and took the time to program my phone to the UConnect system. My most recent lease came last October with a 2014 Chrysler 300S. Again, the deal was done over the phone and everything that was discussed was true to its word. James asked me what color I'd like from what was available. I came in on a Monday evening, signed the papers, and off I went as a very happy customer. People often ask me why I'd drive 45 miles one way to a dealer when there are so many other Chrysler dealers close to home. The reason is simple. It's the whole staff at Sterling Hts. that makes it seem so easy to make a purchase.
